Why is it necessary to do a Website Performance Evaluation?

How does the billing for this work?
You pay a one-time up-front fee for your Website Performance Evaluation. Our team will complete the evaluation completely typically within 2 business days.
Can you help us implement the changes you recommend?
No matter what website platform your’e running, this evalatuion will have a great deal of value to your business. We can definitely help you with implementation, but of course, it depends on your website platform and what needs to be updated.
If you’re on WordPress we’ll likely recommend you to one of our Care Plans and then we can help you implement all at one time, or over multiple months. If you’re not on WordPress we’ll talk with you about options and how we can help.

What if we don't anything wrong?
In the hundreds (maybe thousands now) of websites our team has inherited we’ve never found one that didn’t have opportunities for improvement. If we can’t make a single suggestion to help you improve your website, we’ll refund your evaluation.
How long will it take to receive my audit?
We can typically complete your audit within 2 business days.
If you’re running on WordPress, we will need credentials from you. So, the evaluation will typically be 2 business days after we receive those credentials as they will hold us up.
Top Care Plan Questions
Can I change plans once I sign up?
Absolutely! You can change plans at any time based on the needs of your business. We ask for a 5 business day notice before your next billing period so that we can update our systems.
How do you handle premium plugins that are missing licenses?
We require our care plan customers to continue to keep their premium plugins licensed / current or remove them from your site. These plugins, if not updated, will pose major security risks for your business. We will provide you with instructions on how to update or purchase licenses for the plugins. If they are unused we can delete them for you.
How do I cancel?
Once you’ve met the contract minimum requirement specified in our terms and conditions document, you can cancel at any time. You will need to submit your request to [email protected] at least 5 business days before your next payment is run.
