It depends on what you’re looking to do. Most of the time those DIY-based platforms will not work when you actually start utilizing your website in your business appropriately. It’s often we’ll recommend rebuilding in WordPress if you’re using one of those platforms. However, if the website is in good shape, and the problems you have are more traffic or conversion based, we can still help even if you’re on one of those other platforms.
If you’ve already started working on a website we’ll need to do what we call a Track Builder to help us figure out what needs to happen for this to be a success for you. We can typically pick up in the middle of a project, it all starts with a quick phone call to see if we’re the best fit to help with your problems.
We can, we do of course have to charge you for the time it takes, but we can help you recover lost items if they are recoverable. It’s always better to have an expert that speaks this type of language to help you depending on your situation.
Yes, we can help. We’ve been on both sides of the fence, believe it or not, not every client is a good fit for every agency. We’ll make sure that we’re aligned before we try to jump in and help you. But if we need to get help from your previous agency, we’re happy to talk to them as colleagues, no judgment, we’ll just help you get where you need to get to have success.
The bottom line, there is a HUGE need for it. Many freelancers and other agencies just do not have the expertise or processes required to achieve an appropriate outcome for their clients. Everyone has good intentions – but when it comes down to it – the delivery is often a mess.
