What’s your story?
I work on all of the development needs for our client’s websites as well as our own Muletown Digital website. This includes all of those things from the software that runs it all – to the hardware and other stuff behind the scenes that all of that software runs on.
I have been working in software development, hardware, and databases for over 25 years and have worked in numerous industries ranging from auction systems to healthcare, insurance, newspapers, publishing, and more.
What do you love most about what you do?
I’ve always loved technology – from bugging my parents to get me the latest gadget to taking things apart to see how they worked. In my career in development, I get to work with all of the latest technology – this allows me to bring all of that knowledge for our clients to provide the best possible solutions to whatever challenges they face.
What makes Muletown Digital awesome?
Muletown Digital is a group of amazingly talented individuals, the absolute best at what they do. This makes my daily work an absolute pleasure and I couldn’t be happier.
What’s your biggest personal achievement?
Having an amazing set of friends that I’ve remained very close with to this day.
What about professional wins?
I always get excited when I can help turn a complicated process into a much simpler one. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with many wonderful individuals and companies and whenever I can improve upon processes and problems they face, I feel like I’m able to give back just a little bit.
If you had to pick a different career—any career—what would it be?
I think I would like to be an Attorney. I’ve been told I’m – um rather tenacious, so I think I’d be great at arguing points!
What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?
I worked in a store that sold day-old bread (it was a surprisingly busy place). Mostly because my Father worked for the parent company and really wanted me to have a job that Summer!
What surprises people about you?
My crazy sense of humor, my taste in music (mostly a metal fan) and my taste in movies (I’m a huge horror movie fan).
